Real Time Location System (RTLS)

The requirement is to add additional RTLS tags for the CC Conexus RTLS/RFID system. The system was installed in 2023.  The additional Wi-Fi tags are consistent with tags already in use at NIH for real-time asset tracking using the Plexus Vision Asset Tracking System. The price includes hardware, cradle, licensing, and the required tag activation for use on the NIH RTLS Wi-Fi. 

NIH/CC is seeking a system consisting of Real Time Location System (RTLS) with 802.11(WI-FI) and Stationary RFID Fixed Readers to create a record as RFID-tagged items are “seen” when they pass under the Reader antenna. The CC is looking to monitor "real time" locations of about 2,000 portable medical devices and about 30,000 devices on a fix reader system
