Supply, Commissioning and Install One-to-One Replacement of Data Center In-Row Cooling System

The American Embassy, New Delhi (India), invites you to participate and submit your best competitive offer for "Supply, Commissioning and Installation for One-to-One Replacement of Data Center In-Row Cooling System" at the American Center Building, 24-Kasturba Gandhi Marg, Connaught Place, New Delhi (India). The complete requirement is listed in the attached Statement of Work as Annexure-1. Site Visit: The American Embassy is arranging a site inspection for interested bidders to gain a complete understanding of the project's scope and to raise any queries they may have. A technical expert will be available on-site to provide further clarification on the requirements listed in the Statement of Work.

• Date: Monday, 13 July 2026
• Time: Please arrive no later than 10:45 a.m. for security screening.

Security Requirement: Visitors must carry one original government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, Aadhar Card, PAN Card, or Voter ID).

Registration for the Site Visit: Interested bidders who wish to participate in the site visit should send confirmation via email to mehtan@state.gov, including the full name of the visitor, no later than 9 July 2026. Please ensure the visitor's name matches the name on their government-issued photo ID exactly. Only participants who have confirmed via email will be permitted to attend the site inspection. Late responses will not be considered.

Quotation Submission:

• Deadline: On or before 2:00 p.m. (India Time), 17 July 2026. All quotations must be received by this deadline; no bid will be accepted after this time.
• Submission Method: Please submit your bid via email to newdelhibids@state.gov. Quotations submitted to any other email address will not be considered for evaluation. Refer to the Solicitation for complete details.

• Important: Do not send quotations via courier or to any other email address. Quotations that are incomplete, received at any other address, or received after the deadline will be handled per FAR provision 52.212-1(f).
