509 BW Command Post System Maintenance

This requirement is an urgent single source, commercial service procurement and will be sole sourced to Unify/MCS. The
resulting firm fixed price contract award will be to one large business contractor.

It was determined due to the level information of the requirement, MCS of Tampa system software maintenance patches, and
ability to perform remote diagnostics and corrective maintenance, the procurement would be limited to be solicited via sole source
methods to MSC of Tampa. MCS of Tampa is the only source that can provide the requirement and is certified by the Department of the Air Force to have command post system maintenance, components, and equipment.

The 509th Bomb Wing requires,support/parts replacement for the console the Command Post utilizes on a daily basis for all
notifications.Equipment serves as the Command Post's primary telephone system with conferencing and radio capabilities.
The Contractor will provide a full/unlimited one-year warranty for all hardware/software, materials, and workmanship related to
command post communications system maintenance. The warranty will include emergency technical assistance as required, including 24/7 remote dial-in and on-site responses, as appropriate, for system failures. If a catastrophic failure occurs, the Contractor will perform a service call.The Contractor will provide a full/unlimited one-year warranty for all hardware/software, materials, and workmanship related to command post communications system maintenance. In support of the maintenance and services described above, the Contractor will provide the following annual warranties/services:
