Notice of Intent to Restrict Competition – NAIHS Gallup Indian Medical Center – Prescription Storage Systems

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit in Gallup, NM intends to restrict competition and negotiate an award with Parata Systems LLC (UEI: YSK7Y3XCL1C7) for prescription storage systems. The projected period of performance is:

Base Period: 9/15/2026-9/14/2027

Option Period One: 9/15/2027-9/14/2028

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 532490- Other Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing with a Small Business Administration size standard of $40.0 million.

In accordance with RFO 12.012, for acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold, competition will be restricted because Parata Systems LLC currently provides proprietary prescription storage systems across Gallup Indian Medical Center (GIMC) and a seamless integration with existing systems is required.

This Notice of Intent to Restrict Competition is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with this Notice of Intent.
