Pipe Bending Machines - Amendment 0004

Amendment 0004 is issued to incorporate the Government’s responses to the second round of vendor questions, replace RFQ package 47QACA26Q0391_R1 with 47QACA26Q0391_R2, revise Section 2, Schedule of Supplies, and replace Attachment 3, Pricing Spreadsheet, with Attachment 3_Rev1. The revised pricing structure identifies thirteen pipe bending machines as CLINs 0001 through 0013. Unit prices shall include all applicable shipping and freight costs to the Ship To address identified in Attachment 4. No separate shipping/freight CLIN will be used. The quote due date is hereby extended. Quotes are now due no later than September 3, 2026, at 2:00 PM Eastern Time.

Except as amended herein, all other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
