R--Enterprise Modeling & Forecasting Minimum Viable P

The NNSA requires deep insights into its production enterprise to better understand opportunities to increase efficiency and output. To address the administration’s interest in understanding opportunities for increased production throughput, a more comprehensive assessment of the Office of Defense Programs’ (DP) production process, including trade- and decision-spaces, is required. This project is designed to address this need.
