USDA Rural Housing Services RD Multifamily Physical Inspection Program (MPIP)

The USDA Rural Development Regional Acquisition Division (RAD) has a requirement to procure physical inspection assessment services for the Multi Family Management Branch of Rural Housing Service under USDA Rural Development.  It is the Government's intention to issue a Firm-Fixed price type contract. The Contractor shall provide labor, personnel, supervision and any other items necessary to perform these services nationwide. The proposed acquisition is a 100% set aside for SBA Certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.
