Notice of Intent to Sole Source - 6 SWS - Security Archive Workstation 2

This is a notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source contract to HONEYWELL.

The U.S. Air Force, Hanscom Air Force Base has a requirement to procure services for the repair, configuration, and performance verification of the Honeywell Security Archive Workstation 2 system to Original Equipment Manufacturer specifications.

The proposed contract action is to procure the specific service for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of RFO 6.103-1. Interested parties may submit responses (capability statement) to this notice by email to Eva Leavitt at eva.leavitt@us.af.mil and 1st Lt Samantha Dougherty at samantha.dougherty.1@us.af.mil no later than 1500 EST on 19 September 2026. No other communications will be entertained.

This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Invitation for Bid (IFB); The Air Force does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this notice or to otherwise pay for the information to be solicited. Although “proposal” and “offeror” are used in this Pre-solicitation, your responses will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal. We anticipate a sole source procurement IAW 10 U.S.C. 2304.
