FY26 AFRC AI Enabled Training

The purpose of this amendment is to publish formal responses to questions received prior to the solicitation closing deadline. Offerors must acknowledge and incorporate these questions and answers when preparing their final quotation.

SIMPLIFIED EVALUATION PROCEDURES

Due to fiscal year-end constraints, the Government will utilize simplified evaluation procedures as follows:

Initial Ranking: All timely quotations will be ranked in order of price, from lowest to highest.

Technical Evaluation: The lowest-priced quotation will be evaluated first to determine its technical acceptability.

Award Determination:

If the lowest-priced quotation is determined acceptable, evaluations will conclude, and award will be made to that offeror.

If the lowest-priced quotation is determined unacceptable, the evaluation will proceed to the next lowest-priced quotation. This sequential process will continue until a quotation is determined technically acceptable.

The purpose of this amendment is to extend the RFQ closing date.

The United States Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) has a requirement for a customized virtual training package featuring live-facilitated virtual simulation, customized military scenario creation, and real-time technical and administrative support. The contractor will deliver virtual interactive training utilizing an interactive, AI-enabled avatar solution designed to measure and improve critical conversational elicitation techniques.
