Evaluation Factors for Award (Addendum to FAR 52.212-2)The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible offeror who submits the lowest-priced, technically acceptable proposal. This is a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection. Step 1: Technical Acceptability Evaluation. Proposals will be evaluated on a pass or fail basis. To receive a pass, the proposal must demonstrate that the proposed workstation meets or exceeds all minimum specifications. Any proposal that fails to meet one or more minimum specifications will be rated fail and removed from consideration.Step 2: Price Evaluation.Proposals determined to be technically acceptable will be ranked by the Grand Total price for CLIN 0001 (Quantity 2).
