Amendment 0001 - This amendment changes Attachment I - Terms and Conditions to add one additional site visit on 18 August 2026 starting at 10:00am MDT. Registration for this site visit is due NLT 17 August 2026. Register per the Attachment I instructions for "Site Visit". A signed copy of Amendment 0001 must be submitted with your quotation documents.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.  Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

Requirement is subject to Buy American Act

FAR Clause 52.225-1 Buy American – Supplies (Sep 2025) and FAR Provision in full text 52.225-2 Buy American Certificate (Sep 2025) is incorporated into this solicitation. If quoting a foreign produced item 52.225-2 shall be completed.

A site visit will be held on 8/13/2026 starting at 10:00am CDT. Refer to Attachment I – Terms and Conditions, Solicitation Information, Site Visit for registration information and closing for Attachment IV – Contractor RFI instructions.

Solicitation number 1232SA26Q1222 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for  a turn-key product including proper installation of all material and equipment per manufacturer’s recommendations.   Contractor shall remove and properly dispose of existing Getinge steam sterilizer from Building #18.   Contractor shall procure and install a new Getinge USA, Inc. Model #733LS or equivalent.

This acquisition  is set-aside for small business concerns.  The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 339112  The small business size standard is 1,000 employees  This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.  All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
