The contractor shall provide a Clinic Portal Software License for 161 clinical sites. This subscription must grant full portal service access across, which includes the Army Dental Lab, DDEAMC Dental Clinic, Snyder Dental Clinic, and Tingay Dental Clinic, plus 157 clinics DHA wide. The Clinic Portal is essential for managing dental laboratory workloads, scheduling, resource allocation, and maintaining compliance with FDA quality systems. The portal subscription must also include all necessary technical support, unscheduled maintenance, and software updates.
