      a. Clear and Concise Description of Supplies or Services:

Service Title: Generational Communication – Keynote Speaker

Brief Description: The 60th Air Mobility Wing (60 AMW) requires a contracted service to deliver a tailored, in-person generational communication training seminar for 60 AMW senior leadership at Travis AFB. The training provides proprietary, demographic-specific strategies to bridge communication gaps, improve retention, and enhance operational teamwork across the wing's multi-generational workforce.

      b. Procedures for Award: The Government intends to award a sole source firm fixed-price contract directly to GenWAY Communications LLC. In accordance with 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements due to the proprietary nature of genWHY Communication LLC’s training content and framework.
