The Rock Island Arsenal is conducting market research for potential vendors to provide one Vacuum Furnace, seen in Attachment 0001 RIPD. Interested vendors shall send a capability statement, provide their business size (Large Business, Small business, Women-owned small business, etc.), whether they are the manufacture of the mill; and if not the manufacture, the business size of the manufacturer, and the country of origin of the mill.
