Presolicitation Notice for Fresh Bread & Bakery Products support for DoW Troop Customers in El Paso, TX Zone

Solicitation SPE30026R0040 is designed to place Market Ready Fresh Bread and Bakery items, all fully competitive, on one (1) contract for Department of War ("DoW") Troop customers in the El Paso, TX Zone. The resultant contract will be issued as a firm-fixed price IQC with two pricing tiers for all other items for the entire term of the contract. The contract period is expected to be from October 4, 2026 to October 6, 2029. Its estimated maximum total contract dollar value is $2,191,519.35.
