Pressured Treated Lumber for Rota DR4931-MP

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Procurement Section is issuing this urgent Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the purpose of procuring Pressure Treated Lumber to support the roofing mission in Rota following damage from Super Typhoon Bavi disaster declaration 4931-MP.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

The solicitation number 70FBR926Q00000036 is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ) for Pressured Treated Lumber to support the temporary roofing mission in Rota. 

This acquisition is small business set aside. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

FEMA intends to enter into multiple firm-fixed-price purchase order contract(s). The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423310, Lumber, Plywood, Millwork, and Wood Panel Merchant Wholesalers, with a small business size standard in number of employees of 150.

Award(s) will be made to the responsible offeror(s) submitting a technically acceptable quotation with the lowest evaluated price, in accordance with the evaluation factors stated in this solicitation under Section M.

FEMA requests offerors' most competitive pricing for the services outlined in this solicitation. Offerors may include any applicable discounts or added value that their organization is able to provide.

The contract period of performance is 48 hours from the date of award.
