The Government has updated the following based on feedback: 

1. Sections 1.3 and 1.4 of the solicitation have been updated. Please utilize this version of the solicitation as the most current document. 

2. Section numbers 9 (Technology Areas) and 35 (FAR and DFAR Clauses Incorporated by Reference (when applicable under individual RPA/PPA - OTA’s) have been updated. The Technology areas in the Agreement now coincide with Section 9 of the Agreement document. 

3. All Attachments have been re-uploaded. 

Proposal Submission Deadline:  No later than 2:00 pm Central Standard Time - 3 August 2026.
