Notice of Intent: Preventative Maintenance on Ameriwater Sterile Process Water System

The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA), Healthcare Contracting Division Northeast (HCD-NE), on behalf of Hanscom Air Force Base,  intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to HYDROTECH WATER SOLUTIONS LLC (Cage: 4NNZ9).

The anticipated award will be made under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition pursuant to FAR 6.302-1 “Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements”. The contract is intended to provide quarterly scheduled preventive maintenance and repair services for dental equipment in accordance with manufacturer-recommended maintenance requirements. HYDROTECH WATER SOLUTIONS LLC (Cage: 4NNZ9) installed the existing system and can provide preventive maintenance for the system and its components.

This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. Phone calls will not be accepted. A determination by the Government to not compete this proposed action based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities by responding to this notice no later than 9am EST, Wednesday, September 23, 2026 by email to claudia.a.febresmormontoy.civ@health.mil and cc: fozia.a.abdulahi.civ@health.mil. All information submitted should support the offeror’s capability to provide the training required and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
