The U.S. Consulate General Chennai invites you to participate in this solicitation for “Supply of HySecurity gate driver and spares for the U.S. Consulate office building” as described in the attached solicitation documents.  

The vendor shall provide all information required to complete the work as specified in the solicitation documents.  Please refer to the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) letter herewith for more details. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered.

• Deadline for RFQ Submittal: Tuesday, July 28, 2026, by 03:00 p.m. (IST) to ChennaiProcurement@state.gov

1. U.S. Vendors:

Please mention in your quote the applicable delivery charges for both option 1 & option 2 listed below.

Option 1: Delivery at our consolidated delivery location: IKUN LLC, New York DA office (DA_NY), 2801 Route 130, Unit 1, North Brunswick, NJ 08902.

Option 2: Direct air shipment (CIF charges) to Chennai, India.

2. Other than U.S. Vendors:

Please mention in your quote the applicable delivery charges (CIF charges) for direct air / sea shipment to Chennai, India.

Consulate will take care of custom clearances.
