TEGUC - RESIDENTIAL JANITORIAL SERVICES

The contractor shall provide comprehensive residential cleaning services for U.S. Embassy housing units prior to occupancy. Services shall include deep cleaning of interior and exterior areas of each residence, in accordance with the detailed requirements set forth in
this Solicitation Document.

This is a combinedsynopsis/solicitation for commercialproducts or commercial services preparedin accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requestedand a written solicitation will not be issued.

All responsible and qualified sources are invited to submit information for consideration. Based on the responses received, the U.S. Government may elect to award either a single contract encompassing all required services or multiple contracts for separate portions of the work to the most qualified firms.
