Amendment to Solicitation for Fresh Bread & Bakery Products support for DoW Troop Customers in El Paso, TX Zone

An Amendment to the Solicitation SPE300-26-R-0040 is being applied due to the following:

1.

Attachment 1 - Market Basket is being replaced with: Attachment 1 - Market Basket Revised.

2.

All other terms and conditions of the contract remain unchanged.

The Defense Logistics Agency ("DLA") - Troop Support ("Agency") intends to enter into an indefinite quantity contract ("IQC") with a commercial firm(s) to supply Fresh Bread and Bakery products to Department of War ("DoW", or "Troop") customers in the El Paso, TX region. This solicitation closes on September 8, 2026 at 8 PM EST. Please see attachments for all documents in the solicitation package.
