Monitoring of Solicitation and Amendments

Offerors are hereby advised that it is solely the responsibility of the offeror/contractor to monitor SAM.gov (Contract Opportunities) for the posting of this solicitation, any amendments, attachments, clarifications, questions and answers, or other updates issued by the Government.

The Government is not responsible for ensuring that vendors receive or access solicitation amendments or updates. Failure of an offeror to review SAM.gov and incorporate posted amendments into its proposal shall not be grounds for relief, reconsideration, or protest, and may result in the bid being determined non‑responsive or ineligible for award.

Offerors shall ensure they are regularly checking the following location for updates.
