Furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, transportation, permits, testing, programming, startup, owner training, warranties, removal and disposal of existing equipment, surge protection, electrical connections, commissioning, and all incidentals necessary to replace the existing automatic slide gate operator and associated safety devices, restore the system to full operation, and provide a complete, tested, and fully functional automatic slide gate system in accordance with this Statement of Work.
