HID Card Readers (BRAND NAME ONLY)

The Naval War College (NWC) requires the procurement of HID Signo PIVClass readers. The readers will be used to replace existing hardware, support OSDP readiness, and enable CAC-based physical access through the Lenel OnGuard access control environment. Please see the attached Request for Quote (RFQ) for full details.

Quotes will only be accepted from vendors who are authorized resellers of the OEM – HID Global. Quoter shall provide a current authorized reseller certification for all quoted brand name items.

It is requested that all questions be received no later than 10:00AM EST on 03 August 2026 as time may not permit responses to questions received after that date to be prepared and issued prior to receipt of quotes.
