SCOPE: The Buffalo VA Medical Center is seeking a vendor to provide Law Enforcement Podiums that meet the specifications in this SOW to be delivered Buffalo VA Medical located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215. WARRANTY: The vendor shall provide a one (1) year warranty on all goods covered under this contract and be able to process the claim within thirty (30) days. (2) The overall evaluated cost or price and technical rating of the successful Offeror and the debriefed Offeror and past performance information on the debriefed Offeror. (3) The overall ranking of all Offerors when any ranking was developed by the agency during source selection. (4) A summary of the rationale for award.
