Dear Offerors,

The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit proposals for Supply of following Cooling Tower Accessories.

Marathon Motor - Model 286TTTNA18583 15hp 400V/50hz/3ph – 01 each

Fan Propeller with Bushing -04 each (for Delta Cooling tower model - TM315412, Serial Number: 68880)

Vibration Switch, Murphy VS2 – 06 each

Waterline Electronic Makeup Assembly with Control Panel, WLC5000 -2 each

* Prices should be duty free and VAT exempt.

* Delivery shall be completed within 3-4 weeks from the issuance of the official Purchase Order.

* Payment terms: Payment will be made within 2–3 weeks upon satisfactory completion of delivery.

* For bids valued at $30,000.00 or above, vendors must possess an active SAM registration.

*The offeror shall also be compliant with NDAA requirements.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer.  We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
