This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
The United States Coast Guard (USCG) Office of Contracting and Procurement – Surface (CG-SEA-C) invites your company to submit a quotation for Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. 70Z02326Q93250001.
This RFQ is a total small business set aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 336612 with business size standard of 1,000 employees and the associated Product Service Code (PSC) is 1940 - Small Craft.
The solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.
The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) is not applicable to this acquisition.
The following attachments are included in the solicitation:
A list of line-item numbers and items, quantities, and units of measure are included in Attachment 4 (Pricing Worksheet).
Requirements are included in Attachments 1 (Statement of Work) and 2 (Specification).
The anticipated Period of Performance (POP) is 3 years from the date of award (September 2026 – September 2029).
Delivery locations are listed in the attached RFQ.
The Government intends to award one (1) firm-fixed price indefinite delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract and reserves the right to award without discussions based on initial submissions. All interested and qualified vendors are encouraged to participate.
