362 TRS - Bldg 596 Furniture

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO 12.201-1. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This  announcement constitutes the only solicitation, excluding modifications. The solicitation is issued as Request for Quotes
(RFQ) FA302026Q0040 to provide multiple office furniture items: dry erase adjustable height flipper tables, adjustable height rolling desk with shelf, and plastic chairs to be delivered within 30 days.

Offerors may propose products that meet or exceed the functional, performance, and quality characteristics referenced in the specifications atttachment. All items are to delivered within 30 days after contract award to Bldg 596; 527 J Ave, Sheppard AFB, TX 76311.

This requirement is a total small business set-aside under NAICS 337214 (size standard: 1,100 employees). All solicitation documents and amendments are available through this notice, and contractors are strongly encouraged to monitor for updates. The solicitation closes at 12:30 PM CST on Friday, 24 April, 2026. Quotes must be submitted via email to the Primary Contact listed in the notice. All questions must be submitted in writing by 12:30 PM CST on 22 April, 2026.

The 82d Contracting Squadron anticipates awarding a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation at any time; in the event of cancellation, the Government is not obligated to reimburse any offeror for costs incurred.

Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The
Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government
cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
