MU26 AND MU27 Fire Extinguisher Cartridges

The purpose of this Amendment 0004 is to remove the following attachments that were inadvertently included in the solicitation, but not necessary for the contractor to propose.

1. Attachment 0012 - EDL 012552382 MU26
2. Attachment 0013 - EDL 012551598 MU27

All other terms and conditions of solicitation W519TC-26-R-0024 remain unchanged.

This Request for Proposal (RFP) will result in a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) award to procure the Fire Extinguisher Cartridge MU26 and MU27 as follows;

This RFP is restricted to one or a limited number of responsible sources, as authorized by 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1(b). To be eligible for award, the Offeror must submit a valid Qualification Acceptance Letter, or Government approved equivalent, signed by an authorized Government engineer verifying their status as a qualified source for this requirement.
