Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) requires services to install, extend, retract, move, and perform all work necessary for the Local Area Network (LAN), located at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD), Tobyhanna Pa. 18466, to support multimedia functions, (e.g., two-way data communications).
