Description

The Government issued Amendment 1 are to provide an updated Notice of Intent to Sole Source and Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (see attached).

As a result, the original Notice of Intent to Sole Source and Combined Synopsis/Solicitation dated 09/18/2026 is removed. The updated Notice of Intent to Sole Source and Combined Synopsis/Solicitation dated 09/21/2026, is now effective.

The requirement is for the purchase of subscription-based access to a search engine, including all standard market intelligence, commercialization, and IP analytics features, along with associated training and technical support services.
