Update 0004: Request for Quotation (RFQ) W911YU26QA003 Guam Army National Guard (GUARNG) G4 Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Vehicle Corrosion Repair and Prevention Control Services, Amendment 0005.

A. PURPOSE: The purpose of this Amendment 0005 is to: (1) Update the Blanket Purchase Agreement Terms and Conditions to correct administrative errors; (2) Revise to a Multiple Award opportunity; (3) Remove CLIN 0019; and (4) Respond to Requests For Information.

B. REVISIONS: Offerors are instructed to continue to monitor SAM.gov for all official RFQ updates, amendments, and final document releases.

C. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: Offerors must acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0005 prior to the hour and date specified for receipt of quotations. Except as provided herein, all other terms and conditions of the RFQ remain unchanged and in full force and effect.

NOTE: All SF30s and most recent SF1449, in addition to price, technical proposals, and other requirements as stated in the Instructions to Offerors, must be submitted in order for a quote to be considered complete. Any missing document may result in disqualification.
