The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a quotation for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Transportation Services (Furniture and Appliance Move) in the Netherlands.
Please submit your quotation via e-mail to TheHagueContracts@state.gov, referencing our Solicitation number 19NL80-26-Q-0016, to the attention of Contracting Officer Jonathan P. Wedd by 3 P.M. on July 6, 2026. Quotations received after this deadline will not be accepted. 

To ensure your quotation is considered, please complete and submit the following:

* SF-18 (blocks 13, 14, 15, and 16)
* The Pricing Schedule (section 9 of the Scope of Work)
