Amendment 0001: The purpose of this solicitation amendment is to extend the quotation submission date from 31 August 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT to 1 September 2026 at 4:00 PM EDT.

This solicitation is for the competitive procurement of Oil Drain Attachment, P/N: 4106AS0315-1 and NSN: 4720-01-733-4712, in support of the MQ-25 Stingray Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) Program. It is anticipated that this solicitation will result in a single-award, Fixed-Price, three-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. Offerors will be required to submit their proposals through the Solicitation Module within the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), accessible at https://piee.eb.mil.
