For CTT, the Government desires CONUS based production.  As part of your Phase 1 Solution Brief submission, please identify if your company is currently producing OCONUS along with your plan and associated timeline for CONUS production. 

Your explanation of this topic will not count toward your 10-page solution brief submission.
