Integrated Base Defense Establishment of a Closed Restricted Network to Support the Electronic Security System

The purpose of this amendment is to incorporate all previous amendments that did not transfer from PIEE Solicitation Module. All pertinent attachments can be viewed in the PIEE Solicitation Module. Also, Submission and Receipt of offers are still required to be made in the PIE Solicitation Module.
