Quality Assurance Inspection Software for EMS

The proposed action is for a firm-fixed-priced contract to for Software as a Service (SaaS)  Environmental Management Operations Efficiency Dashboard (aka the Unified Platform) subscription maintenance and technical support services. The system is used for managing the infection prevention efforts by the Environmental Management Services (EMS) groups within the VA. It helps with the oversight necessary to manage and monitor EMS’ operations in a consolidated approach for the following EMS Scopes of Service: Managing and tracking inspections and deficiencies for performance improvement, Tracking bed turnover process
