PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION ANNOUNCEMENT. Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office 21 will be issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide an Insightec Exablate Neuro Imaging System for the VA Palo Alto Healthcare System, 3801 Miranda Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304. Please refer to the solicitation for a summary of the items requested and any additional procurement details. A Request for Quote using the following NAICS is contemplated: 339113. THIS RFQ SHALL BE UNRESTRICTED ON THE OPEN MARKET. THIS SHALL BE A BRAND NAME OR EQUAL REQUIREMENT. Solicitation documents will be available on or about May 14, 2026. The solicitation will contain quote instructions. The Government intends to award one (1) Firm-Fixed Price Contract.
