Building Automation System (BAS) Preventative Maintenance (PM) services

The U.S Consulate General located in Johannesburg, South Africa, requires Building Automation System (BAS) Preventative Maintenance (PM) services. The Contractor shall perform BAS PM Services as described in this Statement of Work. The Contractor shall also provide further evaluation of the overall functionality of the BAS based on concerns and input provided to the Contractor by the Facility Manager (FM) and Facility Maintenance Staff (FMS).
