Roof Replacement

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number 47PE5426Q0022 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) for Roof Replacement Services at 11 West Quincy Court Federal Building, 11 West Quincy Court, Chicago, Illinois.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. 

The North American Industry Classification System Code is 238160 with a small business size standard of $19.0 million.

The scope includes removing the existing roof drains, removing the vegetated roof system, and associated construction down to the existing concrete roof deck, perform concrete deck repair, and install a new conventional roof system including but not limited to vapor retarder, roof drains, insulation, roof membrane, and copings. 

The performance period is 225 days to achieve Substantial Completion upon issuance of the On-Site Notice to Proceed (NTP). The contractor shall achieve Contract Completion, within 20 calendar days of Substantial Completion.

Potential quoters will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and monitoring the website for amendment(s), if any to the solicitation. Quotes are due May 29, 2026 at 4:00pm (Central Time).
