SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE - RESIDENTIAL HOUSEHOLD-GOODS MOVING SERVICES — WESTERN NEW YORK
PURPOSE
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is conducting market research to identify qualified businesses capable of providing residential household-goods moving services in Western New York.
Potential moving requirements may arise on an as-needed basis. The scope and level of effort may vary by household. An assignment may involve moving a limited number of furniture pieces, boxes, appliances, or specialty items, or it may involve packing and moving most or all contents of a residence.
The number of assignments, quantities of property, locations, distances, performance dates, and required services have not been finalized.
This notice is intended to identify businesses interested in receiving future requests for quotations for individual moving requirements.
DISCLAIMER
This Sources Sought Notice is issued solely for market-research and acquisition-planning purposes.
This notice is not a solicitation, request for quotation, request for proposal, invitation for bid, contract, purchase order, or authorization to perform work.
Responses are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government will not reimburse respondents for costs associated with preparing or submitting a response.
Submission of a response does not guarantee that a business will receive a future request for quotation or be selected for work.
