The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a base year and four option years for Success Lake Office Janitorial Services.

Project Description: The contractor shall provide janitorial services at Success Lake’s Office HQ, Shop, Southern Operations Branch Office, and Fee Building. This will include weekly, semi-annual and annual services.

This prospective contract action will be conducted using NAICS Code is 561720 – Janitorial Services. The size standard is $9 million. Product Service Code is S201- Housekeeping – Custodial Janitorial.

The solicitation will proceed as a 100% small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about 5/21/2026 with quotes due tentatively on 6/23/2026. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as www.SAM.gov and will establish a firm quote due date/time.

If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation.
