Mobile Debriefing Facility

Description

The 171st Air Refueling Wing is seeking to acquire one (1) Mobile Debriefing Facility. This requirement is for a durable, secure, self-contained, and mobile facility to support critical mission planning. The unit must provide a minimum of 110 square feet of usable interior space, be transportable on a standard 463L pallet, weigh no more than 4,000 lbs (dry/empty), and include integrated HVAC and LED lighting.

A complete list of physical dimensions, form, fit, function, and security (ICD 705) specifications is detailed in the attached "Salient Characteristics" document.

Anticipated Award & Procedures:
This acquisition is being conducted using FAR Part 12 procedures for the acquisition of commercial products. The anticipated award date for this contract is 30 Sept 2026.

All responsible sources may submit a quotation or proposal, which shall be considered by the agency.

Note: Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
