Synopsis of Proposed Contract Action -- ICFD++ Software Suite

This is a notice of Proposed Contract Action. This does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bid, or a commitment, implied or otherwise.

This notice is for a proposed contract for which the United States Government intends to negotiate with one source in accordance with RFO 12.201-1 Simplified Procedures, 41 U.S.C. 1901 and RFO 12.201-2, Other procedures - 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1). 

The Department of the Air Force intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract to Metacomp Technologies, Inc for an ICFD++ Software Suite.
