This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.2 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 

Solicitation Number FA810026QB002 is being issued as a request for quotation with SAM.gov. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitions Circular 2026-01. The acquisition is issued as a Sole Source to American Society for Testing and Materials (Cage Code: 81346).

The Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC/PZIEC) at Tinker Air Force Base Oklahoma, intends to award one firm fixed price purchase order (PO) for the acquisition of item(s)/service(s) listed below. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The Government intends to select one contractor; however, the Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the proposals and prices submitted and the availability of funds.

Requirement Overview: 

Provide internet subscription access to a comprehensive range of military and commercial specifications, as well as non-government standards, services, and capabilities as required by Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) organizations.
