Notice of Intent to Single Source: ARCHIBUS SOLUTION CENTERS-RESEARCH TRIANGLE, LTD

NOTICE OF DECISION TO CONTRACT WITH A SINGLE SOURCE: The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center, intends to award to a single source contract to ARCHIBUS SOLUTION CENTERS-RESEARCH TRIANGLE, LTD, a certified small business, for the continuation of software licensing and advanced technical support for the ARCHIBUS Integrated Workplace Management System

ARCHIBUS is the FAA’s existing facility management software, and this procurement is required to maintain, support, and further develop the current application. Annual Archibus Term licensing for on-premise servers (test and production) and procurement of advanced technical support are required to maintain and support the ARCHIBUS application. The advanced level of support needed is best provided through an authorized ARCHIBUS Solution Center Business Partner.

Purpose of the Announcement: In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA’s decision to contract with a selected source via single source procedures.
