Contract Transfer: Early Care and Education Meeting Management Center Contract

The purpose of this special notice is to notify industry of the transfer of Department of the Interior Contract Number 140D0425C0103, awarded to SAXMAN ONE LLC on September 25, 2025, to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) under new Contract Number 7571PS26C00005, effective August 29, 2026. All terms and conditions of the original contract remain unchanged, including: 

- Ultimate Contract Value 

- Period of Performance

This administrative transfer does not alter the scope of work, deliverables, or any other contractual obligations.
