This pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal quotes. The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 06, Network Contract Office (NCO) 06, Fayetteville VAMC, located at 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville, NC 28301, intends to solicit quotes in the Open-Market for Blood Components and Immunohematology Lab Testing. The Department of Veterans Affairs anticipates issuing an open and continuous solicitation for this requirement on or about September 18th, 2026. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the proposal submission process. Quotes will be accepted for an seven (7) day period commencing with the solicitation issuance date.
