Request for Proposal to establish Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity Contracts to provide alteration and repair services to SSA's headquarter buildings.

This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) to establish Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity Contracts for alterations and repairs to the Social Security Administration's headquarter buildings located in Baltimore and a building in Frederick County Maryland.

This RFP is amended for the following purposes:
1. Provide the due date for responses. As of this amendment 0002 the responses are due no later than 5PM EST on June 30, 2026.
2. The base RFP released on May 29, 2026.
