750 kW Rental Emergency Diesel Generator (EDG)

This is a combined synopsis/ solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR part 12, using Simplified Procedure for Certain Commercial Items found at FAR 12.2, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitues the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 

PSNS & IMF, located in Silverdale,WA is requesting a quote from your firm for the item (s) listed in the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). 

Solicitation N4523A26Q0014 is being used for lease of (1) 750 kW Emergency Diesel Generator and (1) 1600 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) 

Period of Performance: 17August 2026- 17 November 2026
